One of our first stops was at G&B Coffee. Not only do they serve up delicious coffee, but they also have a wide range of pastries to choose from. We highly recommend their iced coffee, which is brewed with oat milk and is the perfect start to your day.

China Cafe

Another great spot for breakfast is China Cafe, which has been operating at Grand Central Market since 1959.

Here, you can find Chinese favorites like chow mein, fried rice and Egg Fu Young.

Jose Chiquito

But, if you’re looking for a spot that has it all, then Jose Chiquito is the place for you.

They serve breakfast all day, as well as customized hamburgers, tuna melts, and a range of wraps and salads.

Roast to Go

For a classic breakfast, you can’t go wrong with Roast To Go.

They’ve been a staple at Grand Central Market for years and offer a variety of tacos, plates, and burritos.

Donut Man

And for those with a sweet tooth, Donut Man is a must-visit.

They’ve been serving up high-quality treats for nearly 50 years, and their fresh strawberry and fresh peach donuts are not to be missed.

Wexler’s Deli

One of our personal favorites was Wexler’s Deli, where they smoke meat every day.

Their bagel with salmon, egg, and cream cheese was the perfect combination of crispy and fluffy, and the flavors tied together so well.

And if you’re a fan of biscuits, be sure to try the buttermilk biscuit with honey butter from Egg Slut. It’s a limited item, but it’s worth the wait (we waited about 15 minutes).

Tacos Tumbras a Tomas

Another highlight was the Asada taco. The owner recommended it, and he was right – it was huge and delicious, and only $5!
