Bistro Na’s Review: This Could Be LA’s Best Peking Duck

Bistro Na’s: A Former Michelin Starred Gem

Bistro Na’s in Temple City is a very special place.

They serve Chinese food that is so good, it once had a Michelin star in 2019 and 2021.

This means really important food people loved it! But then, in December 2022, they lost their Michelin star.

We’re not sure why, but sometimes that happens to restaurants. But after having the food there, we can say that it should still be regarded as a Michelin star level restaurant.

Reserving the Famous Peking Duck

Guess what? At Bistro Na’s, you can’t just walk in and get their famous Peking Duck.

It’s so special they only make seven of them each day!

We had to call and book our duck. It felt like we were planning a very important event.

What It Costs to Taste the Best

We got some incredibly delicious things at Bistro Na’s.

Along with the duck, we tried:

  1. The Organic Asparagus $16
  2. Tofu Skin Salad $16
  3. Yuzu Lemon Tea $18
  4. Crispy Shrimp $28
  5. Scallion Pancake $12
  6. Crispy Lamb Brisket $46
  7. Peking Duck $98
  8. Peking Duck Soup $20

With everything else, we spent about $143.99 for two people.

It’s a bit pricey, but for the best duck, it’s worth it.

Who Will Love Bistro Na’s (And Who Might Not)

If you really like trying special foods and don’t mind spending a bit more, you’ll love Bistro Na’s.

But, if you don’t like spending a lot on food or don’t enjoy fancy Chinese dishes, this might not be your favorite place.
